Hello Jim, I know this is probably a big surprise to hear from me -so many years have passed. If you don't remember me that is fine - I am the silly woman in Fort Collins - my name was then Drummond. I am not wanting to be a bother but my husband passed away in 2012 and I am thinking of investing in property in Scottsdale but I have no clue about the weather in the summer and if I really want to buy a house and then hate the weather.I am looking at it as an investment to rent but would also like to spend some time away from Colorado's winter!! I understand if you don't wish to reply to me - if you cant recall me just think "Combined" - that is the connection. I have tried many times to all you but your number always rings busy. I was just in Scottdale for a week at the end of April - y son rented a lovely home and we had a great time and loved the weather then. My best to you, Pat PS - I understand if I don't hear from you.
